We host pastor discipleship training projects throughout the year for pastors in the rural areas of Nicaragua and Haiti. Using the Leadership Training International program, pastors are invited to attend a Saturday a month training that will require two years to complete to help encourage and equip them with biblical leadership skills. This training can help these pastors better serve their family, church, and community.
In Nicaragua, we have a second training site that is located in the northern part of the country, allowing us to reach and train more pastors in the rural communities. We have over 100 pastors who graduate every 2 years, leaving them better equipped to preach the Gospel.
